The first meeting of the management and staff of the Kuva Oil Refinery

On February 21, 2022, the first extended meeting of the founders of Uzgazneftekompleks was held with the heads of departments and foremen of the work teams involved in the construction of the Kuva Oil Refinery.

The main questions were brought up for discussion:

  • budget spending report;
  • compliance with the deadlines for the main stages of construction;
  • problems of procurement of materials and their solution;
  • training of employees, confirmation of professional qualifications by them;
  • ensuring safety and labor protection.

The participants of the meeting listened to the reports of responsible persons, and after that an "open microphone" was held and everyone could ask any question of interest to any of the speakers. Despite the fact that sharp and exciting topics were raised during the course, dissatisfaction was expressed with regard to the solution of some issues, as well as proposals for improving the construction and production process, the dialogue turned out to be warm in a family way.

Abstract from the reports:

1. The budget is spent in accordance with the agreed plan. Funds for the purchase of rolled metal products and equipment were spent in a smaller amount than was pledged, with the full purchase volume.
2. Construction work is in full swing and strictly on schedule.

5. No comments were made by the special commission established for TB control and labor protection.
